Please be sure to leave information that may assist in troubleshooting your issue such as: your operating system (OS) version (9.1, 9.2.2, 10.1, 10.3, 10.4, 10.5, etc!), and other significant system information (G3, G4, G5, Tower, Intel Mac, PowerBook, iMac, Xserve, Mac Book Pro, iBook, iPod etc... ) space left on your hard drive(s), how long you've had your computer, what you were doing before the issue occurred, and anything else that may help in assessing your question(s).
